At Activato, we believe that the luxury experience does not end at checkout; it culminates the moment your beautifully packaged order arrives at your doorstep. We have partnered with the world’s most trusted global logistics networks to ensure that your premium selections are handled with the utmost care and delivered with priority speed across the GCC, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), and Egypt.
1. Order Processing & Dispatch
Every order receives white-glove attention.
Processing Time: All orders are meticulously inspected, authenticated, and elegantly hand-packaged within 1 to 2 business days of order confirmation.
Dispatch Schedule: Orders are processed from Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or regional public holidays will be processed on the following business day.
Verification: For your security, high-value transactions may require a brief verification process before dispatch. Our Client Concierge will contact you promptly if any additional information is needed.
2. Shipping Destinations
We currently offer priority express shipping to the following regions:
Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA)
United Arab Emirates (UAE) & the wider GCC
Egypt (Note: We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or freight forwarding addresses due to the high-value nature of our products, which require a direct signature upon delivery).
3. Delivery Timelines & Methods
We offer premium shipping tiers designed to suit your schedule. Estimated delivery times commence from the date of dispatch:
Priority Express Delivery (KSA & UAE): 2 to 4 business days.
Premium Standard Delivery (Egypt & Other GCC Regions): 3 to 5 business days.
Same-Day / Next-Day Delivery: Available exclusively in select metropolitan areas. Please check eligibility at checkout.
Please note that these timelines are estimates. Delivery times may occasionally be affected by customs clearance procedures or unforeseen weather conditions.
4. Shipping Rates & Complimentary Delivery
We strive to make your shopping experience as seamless as possible:
Complimentary Shipping: Activato offers Free Priority Shipping on all orders exceeding [Insert Amount, e.g., $500 / 2,000 SAR / 15,000 EGP].
Standard Rates: For orders below the complimentary threshold, a flat-rate shipping fee will be calculated and clearly displayed at checkout based on your exact location.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
To guarantee a hassle-free delivery experience, Activato operates on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis for most regions. This means that all applicable import duties, customs fees, and local taxes are calculated and included in your final purchase price at checkout. You will not be charged any hidden fees or additional cash payments by the courier upon delivery. (If your specific region operates on a DDU - Delivered Duty Unpaid basis, this will be explicitly highlighted during the checkout process).
6. Order Tracking & Security
Real-Time Tracking: The moment your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your secure airway bill (AWB) number and a direct tracking link.
Fully Insured Parcels: Your peace of mind is paramount. Every Activato shipment is fully insured against theft, loss, or accidental damage during transit, right up until the moment it is signed for at your delivery address.
7. Delivery Requirements
Because of the premium nature of our curated collections, a signature is strictly required upon delivery.
The courier may request a valid, government-issued ID to confirm the recipient's identity.
If you are unavailable to sign for the package, you may authorize a trusted family member or concierge at your residence to receive it on your behalf.
8. Missed Deliveries & Rescheduling
If the courier is unable to deliver your parcel on the first attempt, they will contact you to reschedule. Usually, up to three delivery attempts are made. If the package remains undeliverable, it will be safely returned to our regional fulfillment center, and our Client Concierge team will reach out to arrange an alternative solution.
